Bee2B is a commercial cleaning and facilities management company based in Manchester, working with businesses, schools, healthcare settings, and industrial sites across the UK.

We’re a new company. But the team behind Bee2B isn’t new to this. Bee2B was set up by the people behind GJB Group, a Lancashire-based commercial cleaning business with an established reputation for reliability and straightforward service. The experience, the standards, and the work ethic that built that reputation are the foundation Bee2B is built on.

GJB Group continues to operate as its own business. Bee2B is a separate company, headquartered in Manchester, with its own focus: commercial offices, education, healthcare, and industrial sites across the UK. What the two share is the people, the principles, and the way of working that clients kept coming back for.

Manchester’s worker bees

The bee is Manchester’s symbol. It represents hard work, community, and getting things done together. It’s on the city’s coat of arms, on lamp posts, on buildings, and in the hearts of anyone who calls Manchester home.

We chose it for Bee2B because it describes exactly how we work. Bees do extraordinary, transformational work that most people never see happening. The building is better because they were there. You just didn’t watch them do it. That’s what a good cleaning company does. We’re in your building, getting it right, staying out of the way. Busy in the background, like every good Manchester bee.

The people behind the service

Every Bee2B client gets a named account manager. One person who knows your building, knows your team, and picks up the phone when you ring. That’s not a call centre or a ticket system. It’s a person, with a name and a direct number, who’s responsible for making sure your service runs the way it should.

Here’s the part that makes it different: our account managers have cleaned buildings themselves. They started on the tools. They’ve done early morning cleans, dealt with the 7am call about a flooded washroom, and managed the kind of problems that only make sense if you’ve been in the building at 5.30 in the morning. When you tell them something isn’t right, they don’t just log it. They understand it. That’s the difference between someone with a clipboard and someone with context.

Bee2B was set up by the team behind GJB Group, a Lancashire-based commercial cleaning business with a track record built over years of doing the work and keeping clients. GJB Group’s reputation was built on something simple: being easy to work with. Picking up the phone. Doing what was agreed. Sorting problems before the client had to ask twice.

That’s the foundation Bee2B is built on. The same people, the same standards, the same approach to service. Bee2B is a new company with its own name, its own focus, and its own ambition, but the experience that underpins it has been earned over years of doing the job well.

How we work

We don’t have a list of corporate values pinned to the wall. We have a way of working that the team lives by, and it comes down to a few things.

We pick up the phone. If you ring your account manager, they answer or call you back within the hour. You don’t get routed to a call centre or asked to raise a ticket. You get a person who knows your building and can sort the problem.

We do what we said we’d do. The schedule runs as agreed. Standards stay consistent. If something needs adjusting, your account manager spots it before you do. Reliability isn’t a selling point for us. It’s the minimum.

We make it easy. One contract, one contact, one invoice. You don’t manage multiple suppliers or chase different people for different things. The cleaning and FM sit together because that’s how you think about them.

We pay properly. Bee2B pays at least the real Living Wage to all cleaning staff. Good people do better work, and better work means a better service. It’s straightforward.
